The Board of AU Small Finance Bank at its meeting held on 28 August 2021 has approved the appointment of Deepak Jain, who is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer ('COO') and Key Management Personnel ('KMP'), as Chief Risk Officer of the Bank for a period of 3 (three) years, with effect from 1 September 2021. Deepak Jain shall demit the office of COO & KMP on 31 August 2021 (close of business hours).
