Board of AVI Photochem approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 12 August 2015

AVI Photochem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and taken on record the following matters:

1. Considered and approved appointment of Dimple Vyas in place of Bina K. Vora as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. Considered and approved reappointed of M/S. F. P. Vora & Co. Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the Company.

3. Appointment of scrutinizer for conducting of evoting and ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
