Board of Bajaj Finance approves proposal to raise funds by issue of NCDs

At meeting held on 27 October 2016

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance at its meeting held on 27 October 2016 have approved a proposal to seek shareholders approval for raising of funds by issue of non-convertible debentures or such other securities as a part of the proposed increase in overall borrowing limits of the Board from Rs 50000 crore to Rs 75000 crore.
