Board of Berger Paints India appoints directors

At meeting held on 04 November 2014

Berger Paints India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2014, have appointed Rishma Kaur and Kanwardip Singh Dhingra as Directors in wholetime employment with effect from 01 December 2014 as a part of the Company's succession plans.

Rishma Kaur would be designated as National Business Development Director - Retail and her appointment would fulfill the requirement of the Listing Agreement to have at least one Lady Director on the Board.

Kanwardip Singh Dhingra would be designated as National Business Development Director - Industrial.
