Board of Biocon approves listing of subsidiary

At meeting held on 22 January 2015

Biocon announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2015, inter alia, has approved to initiate the process to list its subsidiary, Syngene International. The company would offload 10%-15% of its stake through an offer for sale.
