Board of Coromandel International approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 27 July 2015

Coromandel International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 July 2015, has elected Uday Chander Khanna, Independent Director, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Board has also appointed S. Govindarajan, EVP-Commercial, as the "Manager" under the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f 01 August 2015.
