The Board of D B Corp at its meeting held on 21 October 2020 has approved the appointment of Santosh Desai (DIN: 01237902) as an Additional Director w.e.f. 21 October 2020 to hold the office as a Non Executive Independent Director for a term of 3 (three) years subject to the approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
