At meeting held on 02 January 2015
Daikaffil Chemicals India announced that the following changes have taken place in Board of Directors:1. Sishir Amin, resigned as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2015.
2. Amit Patel, resigned as an Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2015.
3. Appointment of Sudhir Patel as a Non-Executive Chairman w.e.f. 01 January 2015.
4. Appointment of Amit Patel as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2015.
The above changes have been noted and taken on record at the Board meeting held on 02 January 2015.
