At meeting held on 05 January 2015
Ganga Papers India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 January 2015 has made the following changes in the composition of Board of Directors of the Company:-1. The Board of Director of the Company accepted the Appointment of Sadhana Kanoria as Women director w.e.f. from 05 January 2015.
2. The Board of Director of the Company accepted the Resignation of the Prabir Kumar Sadhu w.e.f. from 05 January 2015.
3. The Board of Director of the Company accepted the Resignation of Shrikant Mohanlal Kasat w.e.f. from 05 January 2015.
4. The Board of Director of the Company accepted the Resignation of Vinod Kumar Mehrotra as Company Secretary and appointment of Nitesh Anand as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 05 January 2015.
