The Board of DCM Shriram at its meeting held on 07 November 2017 has approved the appointment of K.K. Sharma(DIN 07951296) as an Additional Director. Further, the Board also approved the appointment of K.K. Sharma as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 20 November 2017, subject to the approval of Shareholders. K.K. Sharma is not related to any of the Directors.The Board also took note of the completion of tenure of Dr. N.J. Singh as Whole Time Director(EHS) of the Company w.e.f. 19 November 2017(close of business hours) and his unwillingness to continue as Director of the Company w.e.f 19 November 2017 vide his resignation letter dated 6 November 2017.
