Board of DCW approves fund raising up to Rs 600 cr via debt issue

At meeting held on 27 November 2020

The Board of DCW at its meeting held on 27 November 2020 has approved the following:

1. Issue of Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount up to Rs. 500 crore.
2. Issue of Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) for an amount up to Rs. 100 crore
