Board of Exide Industries approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 18 July 2016

Exide Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 July 2016 approved the following -

Noted the resignation of Rajesh G Kapadia as Chairman and Non Executive Independent Director with effect from 15 July 2016.

Approved the appointment of Bharat Dhirajlal Shah, Non Executive Independent Director as Chairman with effect from 18 July 2016.
