OTCO International announced that at the Board Meeting held on 18 July 2016 the board approved opening of its corporate office at Chennai.

Accordingly, the situation of Corporate Office of the Company will be:

"Old no. 6, New no. 15, 7th West Cross Street, Shenoy Nagar Chennai - 600030, India" w.e.f. 20 July 2016.
