The Board of G G Engineering at its meeting held on 04 January 2019 has approved the appointment of Poonam Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect 04 January 2019. The Board has noted the resignation of Apurva Singh from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 04 January 2019.
