Board of GAIL (India) withdraws record date for interim dividend

At meeting held on 06 February 2015

GAIL (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

- The matter pertaining to approval of payment of interim dividend for the FY 2014-15 could not be taken up by the Board and hence record date stands withdrawn.
