GAIL (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:- The matter pertaining to approval of payment of interim dividend for the FY 2014-15 could not be taken up by the Board and hence record date stands withdrawn.
