GeeCee Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2014, approved the issue of 27 lakh warrants to promoters/ promoter group on preferential basis fully convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 36 per warrant, subject to approval of members at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be convened on 09 July 2014 for the purpose.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
