Board of Gujarat Lease Financing appoints director

With effect from 19 May 2015

Gujarat Lease Financing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2015, inter alia, have approved appointment of Harnish Patel, non-executive director of the Company as Non-executive Director-in-Charge of the Company effective from 19 May 2015 subject to the approval of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
