Himadri Chemicals & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, by passing resolution through circulation on 15 June 2015, has approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from "Ruby House", 2nd Floor, 8, India Exchange Place, Kolkata - 700001 to 23A, Netaji Subhas Road, 8th Floor, Suite No. 15, Kolkata- 700 001, which is within the local limits of the City.
