Board of IFB Agro Industries approves appointment of company secretary and CFO

At meeting held on 10 December 2014

IFB Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 December 2014, has:

1. Appointed Ritesh Agarwal as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Shyamal Bandopadhyay, who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer with immediate effect.

2. Appointed Dipak Sen as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
