Board of India Infoline Finance recommends dividend

Of Rs 2.75 per share

India Infoline Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity Share (i.e. 27.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
