Insilco announces resignation of director

At board meeting held on 05 May 2016

Insilco announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 May 2016, inter alia, took the following decisions:

- Dr. Mustafa Siray has resigned from the Board and all Committee positions w.e.f. closing of working hours of 30 June 2016.
