Ion Exchange (India) announced that M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP the statutory auditors of the Company have resigned.To fill the casual vacancy, the Board of Directors of the Company, at the Board meeting held on 16 October 2014, have appointed M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2015. The appointment is subject to confirmation of the shareholders as required under relevant provisions of Companies Act 2013.
