Board of ISL Consulting to consider sub-division of shares

The Board of ISL Consulting will meet on 12 January 2019 to consider and approve split/ sub-division of Equity shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) to face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each.

To consider and approve Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association to give effect to sub-division of Face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) to face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupee Five Only) each of the Equity Shares of the Company.
