Board of Jindal Capital appoints managing director

At meeting held on 15 January 2015

Jindal Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 January 2015, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointed Pawan Kumar Jindal as Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from 15 January 2015.

2. Shray has been re-designated as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
