Jindal Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 January 2015, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointed Pawan Kumar Jindal as Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from 15 January 2015.
2. Shray has been re-designated as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
