JTEKT India announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 18 May 2018 has noted that Kiyozumi Kamiki has rescinded the post of the Director as well as Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 30 June, 2018. The Board approved the appointment of Akihiko Kawano, as Additional Director and to hold the position of Managing Director in place of Kiyozumi Kamiki, with effect from 1 July, 2018.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
