Kar Mobiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

Appointed / designated the following persons as Key Managerial Personnel under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder :
S Krishnamurthy - Appointed as Manager under the Companies Act, 2013
H K Vadiraj - Designated as Chief Financial Officer
N B Rekha - Appointed as Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
