Board of KLK Electrical approves issue of convertible warrants

At meeting held on 31 August 2015

KLK Electrical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following :

- The Board, subject to the approval of members of the Company, has approved the issue of 2350000 (Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) convertible warrants of Rs. 10 each, at a price of Rs. 12 per warrant to non promoters on a preferential basis.
