Board of Kolte Patil Developers allots NCDs

At meeting held on 16 January 2015

Kolte Patil Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015 has allotted 300 "12.25% Secured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures Series II" having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores) through private placement.
