At meeting held on 24 March 2022

The Board of Larsen & Toubro at its meeting held on 24 March 2022 has noted the resignation cessation of Subodh Bhargava (DIN: 00035672) will cease to be an Independent Director of the Company on completion of his tenure on 29 March 2022. The Board also approved the appointment of Pramit Jhaveri (DIN: 00186137) as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 01 April 2022.
