Board of Lloyd Electric & Engineering approves to raise funds up to Rs 250 crore

At meeting held on 22 December 2014

Lloyd Electric & Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 December 2014 approved the following -

Raising of funds not exceeding Rs 250 crore through issue of equity shares or equity linked securities and to increase the authorised share capital of the Company from Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crore dividend into 7 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.
