Board of Mahindra Lifespace Developers allots shares under ESOS

At meeting held on 30 January 2015

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Lifespace Developers at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, has issue and allotted 5,700 new fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible employees up on exercise of options granted under ESOS 2012, at an exercise price of Rs 10 per share.
