The Board of Majesco at its meeting held on 08 October 2020 has approved the proposal for buyback upto 74,70,540 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 5 each of the Company (being 25% of the total paid-up equity capital of the Company as on 30 September 2020) at a price of Rs. 845 per Equity Share (Buyback Price), for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 631,26,06,300 (Buyback Size) (being less than 25% of the total paid-up equity capital and free reserves of the Company as on 30 September 2020).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
