Board of Poddar Developers recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.50 per share

Poddar Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2014, have recommended dividend @ 15% (Rs 1.50 per share) on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2014. The Payment for aforesaid final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
