Prime Focus announced that in accordance with the approval of Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 28 January 2015, the Company has entered into a licensing and 3D conversion partnership with Canada's Gener8 Media Corp. ("Gener8" or "the Company"), a global leader in 3D conversion technology, which will secure an exclusive worldwide license to use the Company's proprietary 3D conversion technology G83D throughout the entertainment industry.This transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including obtaining all requisite regulatory approvals.
