Board of Ramgopal Polytex approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 04 August 2015

Ramgopal Polytex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2015, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Panna Lal Jyotshi as an Additional Director (Non Executive - Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. 04 August 2015.

2. Resignation of Sarwan Kumar Lihala from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 04 August 2015.
