Board of Kailash Auto Finance approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 06 August 2015

Kailash Auto Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015, has:

1. Accepted and approved the resignation of Babalu Prasad Keshari from Managing Director and Directorship of the Company with effect from 06 August 2015.

2. Approved the change in designation of Dipan Patel Jesingbhai as Non-Executive Director from Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 06 August 2015.
