Board of Reliance Industries approves acquisition of 2.52 crore shares in Balaji Telefilms

Reliance Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 July 2017 approved investment in the equity shares of Balaji Telefilms (BLT) for acquiring 2.52 crore equity shares in BTL, constituting 24.92 percent of BLT's equity through subscription to preferential issue of shares by BLT.
