Board of Reliance Industries approves fund raising up to Rs 25,000 cr through private placement of NCDs

The Board of Reliance Industries at its meeting held on 02 April 2020 has approved, inter alia, the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs. 25,000 crore in tranches from time to time, on a private placement basis.
