Sea TV Network announced that the Board in its meeting held on 22 March 2016 at 03:00 pm, has accepted and approved the Resignation of Akshay Kumar Jain as the Whole time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who has resigned with effect from 22 March 2016.
