The Board of SEAMEC at its meeting held on 28 October 2017 discussed in brief the concept of restructuring arrangement between SEAMEC and HAL proposed by the Management and advised the management to prepare a comprehensive detailed proposal along with legal requirements and place the same before board in subsequent board meeting for consideration and decision.
