The Board of Seya Industries at its meeting held on 05 April 2019 has allotted Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares in following
manner:
1. 3,82,409 CCPS to SC India Trust - SC India Fund a SEBI Registered Category II Alternate Investment Fund and
2. 15,88,131 CCPS to the persons acting in concert with Promoters.
