Board of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics recommends dividend

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended, subject to the approval of Shareholders, dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 of Re 0.60 per equity share (6%) on 21,957,533 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
