Board of Modison Metals recommends dividend

Modison Metals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.25 (125%) per equity shares of Re 1 each fully paid up for the financial year 2013-14.
