Siddhartha Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, has appointed Chandni Vardani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 June 2016 pursuant to the provision of Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Qualifications of Secretary) Rules, 1988.
