At meeting held on 03 September 2015
Silverpoint Infratech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 September 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:1. Migration of the Company from BSE SME Segment to Main Board of BSE.
2. Appointed Asit Kumar Labh, Practicing Company Secretary to act as a scrutinizer for Postal Ballot Process for migration from BSE SME Segment to Main Board of BSE.
3. Authorized any Director or Company Secretary of the Company to supervise and carryout the Postal Ballot Process till its completion
4. Approval for Postal Ballot for the migration.
5. Approval of Calendar of Events with respect to Postal Ballot for migration from BSE SME Segment to Main Board of BSE.
