Board of Sinclairs Hotels approves sub-division of equity shares

At meeting held on 10 February 2020

Sinclairs Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2020, inter alia, has considered and approved the sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from 1 (one) Equity Share of face value Rs. 10 each to 5 (five) Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2 each and consequent alteration of Capital Clause (Clause V) of the Memorandum of Association and Share Capital Clause (Article 4) of the Articles of Association.
