Board of SRS announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 19 January 2016

SRS announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2016, inter alia, has noted resignation of Ankit Garg, Non-Executive Director from the directorship of the Company due to other pre-occupations and approved the appointment of Praveen Kumar Kapoor as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
