Board of State Bank of Travancore approves draft letter of offer for rights issue

At meeting held on 19 December 2014

State Bank of Travancore announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 19 December 2014, inter alia, has approved the Draft Letter of Offer for the Bank's Rights Issue, to be filed with Securities & Exchange Board of India for their approval.
