Board of Cerebra Integrated Technologies allots FCCBs

At meeting held on 19 December 2014

Cerebra Integrated Technologies announced that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on 19 December 2014, the Board allotted 100 Bonds of US$100,000 each aggregating US$ 10 million. The Company had closed its FCCB Issue on 19 December 2014. The said issue was opened for subscription on 16 December 2014.
