Board of Subex considers scheme of reduction of share capital

The Board of Subex at its meeting held on 06 January 2020 had discussed the scheme of reduction of share capital of the Company and sought additional details for considering the scheme and deferred the matter to the subsequent Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 07 February 2020 wherein the scheme will be reconsidered.
